This website is operated for Hytanbio project enquiries. Contact info@hytanbio.com with questions about personal information or to request access, correction or deletion.
Information you submit
The enquiry form collects your name, company, email, country, project details, quantity and any optional attachment. We use this information to evaluate your request and reply. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Storage and delivery
Enquiries are stored in the restricted website administration area and emailed to info@hytanbio.com through the configured 163.com SMTP service. Attachments are kept outside the public website directory. Website copies are retained for up to 90 days; correspondence needed for an active commercial project may be retained separately.
Security and spam prevention
The server uses the connection IP to limit automated submissions. Rate-limit identifiers are keyed hashes; counters and duplicate-protection records are removed after their operational period. The server also records ordinary access and error logs for security and maintenance.
Cookies and external links
WordPress may use essential administration and security cookies. No advertising tracker is installed as part of this website build. Opening WhatsApp takes you to an external service subject to its own privacy terms. We do not embed a WhatsApp tracking widget.
Your choices
You may email us directly instead of using the form. Please send only information relevant to a business enquiry and avoid including sensitive personal information in attachments. To request deletion, contact us from the address associated with your enquiry.
